Neil has introduced The Table Group’s concepts to hundreds of teams over the years and is dedicated to helping executive teams break down barriers, eliminate politics, and increase focus, so they can reach their fullest potential.

Neil believes Leaders, whether in a corporation, a ministry, or a home, must lead with humility, vulnerability, and courage. Most of us do not need another Leadership book or course, we just need to live as Authentic Leaders. It’s never easy, but it is always good.

Neil is the Founder and CEO of The Leadership Connection, an international leadership organization dedicated to developing church and non-profit ministry leadership capabilities within the U.S., as well as Africa, Haiti, Mexico, Cambodia, and other developing countries. He has also held various executive management roles within technology companies, including GE, EDS, and various Startups. Neil attended the University of California, Berkeley, and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters. He also maintains an office in Honolulu, HI and is an international, competitive open-water swimmer.
